Last updated: January 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kali Electric website and your purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All prices quoted are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. A confirmed purchase order or written quotation acceptance constitutes a binding agreement at the quoted price. We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled at the quoted price due to unforeseen supply chain changes.
Orders are accepted by purchase order, email confirmation, or written quotation acceptance. Payment terms are 50% deposit on order with balance due before delivery, unless a credit account has been established. Credit accounts are subject to approval and payment within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may attract interest charges.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. The buyer is responsible for inspecting goods on delivery and reporting damage or shortfall within 48 hours.
Products that are defective or do not match specification may be returned within 14 days of delivery with original packaging and proof of purchase. We will replace or credit defective items at our discretion. Products damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow manufacturer guidance are not covered. Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer for specialist equipment.
Our liability to you shall not exceed the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of production, or damage caused by incorrect specification or installation. It is the installer's responsibility to verify that products are appropriate for the intended application.
